Smart Site
We all know budgets are tight, so leveraging what you already have is a great way to make safety improvements for low cost.
With Smart Site you can take plant pedestrian safety to the next level and integrate proximity warning into your existing site infrastructure.
We want you to get the best value you can from the SiteZone system installed on your vehicles, or the tags your staff wear. So, we’re making them do more for you.

No tag, no access
Do you want to restrict access and ensure people on site are adhering to PPE policy?
With a tag activated gate you can stop people getting on site or into a certain area if they’re not wearing a tag, keeping your site safe and removing unauthorised access.
We can integrate with your existing gates so minimal changes to infrastructure are required.
Warning vehicle approaching
Do you have exclusion zones or blind corners on your site?
With our range of signs, you can give an early warning to pedestrians about a vehicle approaching creating heightened awareness. The signs are activated by the proximity warning system already installed on your vehicles and can give a strong visual and audible warning that will get noticed. These can be set at any distance giving the pedestrian and driver even more time to react. These are bespoke to your site or area so that you can highlight the specific risk.

Cross safely
Crossing points on sites can be a risk, especially as they’re located near to an entrance or exit of a building.
Help your staff cross safely by linking a gate at a crossing point to the SiteZone proximity warning system on your vehicles. The gate can be kept shut until the vehicle has passed. Or we can integrate with traffic lights telling a pedestrian and vehicle driver when it’s safe or not to go.
Weighbridge Alert
Do you operate an unmanned weighbridge?
We can create a warning system with a sign and alarm to remind people to return their tag when they leave site. Or want to go a step further? keep the barrier shut if a tag is detected stopping drivers leaving site with your tag.
We've also worked with weighbridge manufacturers to integrate with the software on some weighbridges using QR code scanning to log the tag number by driver. You’ll then have a log of who had the tag ID if you need to investigate any zone breaches on site.
